Analytics has always been a passion of mine. I am a finance graduate with years of experience in accounting and audit. Fascinated with technology, I have always wondered how I can leverage my analytical skills to facilitate a career transition to the technology industry. Then, I came across data analysis and fell hopelessly in love with it.
One of my major strengths is a strong analytical mind and my love of numbers. I love to learn new things and conduct research. These attributes are indicative of my potential as a data analyst. I also have learning experience with JavaScript and Python.
A good example of how my analytical skills have made a difference in a business was when I helped a betting company in Nigeria named “Nairabet” recover excess bank charges which ran into millions of Naira from the bank through the analysis of financial statements.
I have also helped a large church in Nigeria create a realistic budget by analyzing their past expenses and spending patterns.
